The HAP (Hospice and Palliative) Foundation’s very own Kaitlyn Macias will lead participants through a grief workshop. Community Members will learn the grief cycle and the signs/symptoms of grief. After learning an introduction to grief as an emotional response. Community members will end their education by learning how to cope through a positive art project in creating memory jars.
