The Healing Chair workshop is created to support parents and caretakers in building safer, more informed and more connected families. This gathering offers a space for learning, reflection, and meaningful conversation around sexual awareness, prevention, and healing.
Sexual abuse and boundary violations can deeply impact how children see themselves, their relationships, and their sense of safety. Many caregivers want to protect their children but feel unsure how to start these conversations. This workshop provides practical language, guidance, and tools to help families navigate these topics with confidence and care.
Together, we will explore how to:
Engage in brave, honest, and age-appropriate conversations
Recognize signs of risk and vulnerability
Support children's emotional and physical boundaries
Create homes rooted in safety, trust, and open communication
Strengthen community awareness and prevention efforts
This workshop is open to parents, guardians, caretakers, educators, community leaders, and all trusted adults who play a role in supporting and protecting young people.
