THE INSPIRATION:

After a cluster of youth losses to suicide, we realized as an organization we needed to be proactive with the mental well-being needs of our youth. So we co-created and designed a mental health resource kit with our young adults in hopes of de-stigmatizing mental health in our communities. This resource was created by youth for youth…although anyone over 10 can enjoy this resource. Since launching this initiative in Dec 2022, we have been able to give away over 2700 mental health kits through our grant & giving partners. We are now dreaming up what it can look like to make this resource available nationally. With your purchase, we are able to make a wider reach and still be able to give one for free to the youth in Chicagoland.
