Jess Galvan is a blog contributor for The Firehouse Dream, and we are excited to have her lead us through the creative process in writing your personal essay for your college application. In this workshop, students will learn the basics of building your personal narratives and grabbing the reader's attention to WOW college admission counselors! We will be doing writing exercises as well as looking over your own examples. Please bring any writing prompts/applications you have from colleges so we can begin!

Location: The Firehouse

Limit to 10 students (masks and social distancing required)

Ages: High School Juniors and Seniors

(if under 18, need the approval of a parent/guardian)

Cost: free for proviso residents**
